I ordered an Impossible burger and, being quite particular, I requested several modifications. I went through the drive-thru, and despite how busy they were, the staff member who assisted me was very patient and recommended some great sauces to go along with my meal. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, even on such a hectic day. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Burger King:
I visited the restaurant for a weekday lunch. The line was a bit long, which I anticipated due to nearby high schools and businesses. However, I was surprised to find the bathrooms were closed off, and no one was allowed to use them. This was quite inconvenient, especially during a busy lunchtime. Usually this place is good, and while the food is good I was not pleased with the service I had one evening. I came in at 10pm looked at the sign it says it closes in dining at 12:00 on one, 11:00 on the other so I figured I had at least an hour to dine in after walking in the cold air for ten minutes. After placing the order I was not allowed to make my own fountain drink by staff which was odd because the customer fountain seemed to be working well. I started to walk to the back to sit down, when a staff member yelled at me that the back area was closed, which seemed unnecessary. If the back is closed, then please just close it off with chairs or signs, being yelled at makes me not feel very well due to suffering from RSD and trauma. Furthermore, they hand me my meal and tell me to leave so that they can clean the floors. Which frustrated me a lot because there was an hour before in-dining was closed, and the service was still open to drive through until 3am. Now I had to walk back holding my food in cold air, now my food won't be fresh nor warm and my drink be watered down from the ice because I was not allowed to make my own. It does not feel good to walk through a nasty wind just to be yelled at and kicked out when in-dining is still available as par with one of the two signs outside. It would be simple if the posted hours were changed so that I do not come when the staff chooses that I am not allowed to dine there, and staff would simply close off the spaces that aren't available because again, I do not like being yelled at. I can't say I will want to visit again anytime soon.
I was there last night with boyfriend. We ordered the spicy chicken for takeout. We both ate half our burgers before realizing they were RAW. I used to love BK, but now I will never go back. I called and left a message, no one has got back to me. Beyond disappointed.
Yikes, I have no problem waiting 10 minutes for food but would expect it to be warm. Ordered a pretty standard Whopper Meal with fries and a coke. I received a bun with a beef patty and literally nothing else and cold fries. No straw and no receipt.
A step above their average bk. the staff is very helpful and personal. one of the server called wanda is always ready to help and has a friendly smile and laugh. I mentioned coffee for a dollar!
Normally when I come to this bk the service is always amazing but tonight was awful. The lady taking my order was very rude and got my order wrong. I ordered one item and she still managed to ruin it. I ordered a chocolate milkshake and she didn’t even blend it, it was just ice cream with syrup at the bottom
