What Blar Rai doesn't like about Boston Pizza Regina:
This restaurant feels somewhat outdated. I’m fairly certain my high school self dined in this same spot 20 years ago. The food is mediocre at best. The plates are oversized, which makes the portions appear smaller than they actually are, even though they are quite reasonable. BPs has significantly raised its prices while the quality has declined. View all feedback.
Establishment was very clean, staff was very friendly, food drinks were good at a good price. Only reason for not a 5 star review was the over 5 minute wait to be seated in a restaurant with people at 1 table. 1 girl was on the phone taking an order which is understandable, but the other girl did walk nearby once and then never returned for a couple of minutes. And I know 5 minutes really isn't a long time, but just time yourself for 5 minutes and do nothing except wait for the time to be up, it doesn't seem like a long time...unless you are standing and waiting lol. Another very minor thing (that had nothing to do with the rating, but should be mentioned) is that I guess they do nothing for a birthday any longer. If I remember they used to do SOMETHING small for your birthday (free shot/drink, wings or appetizer etc), but I think covid killed that. We would go back again for sure, just not anytime soon.

My husband and I ordered food from them online for delivery at 625pm. At 745pm when nothing showed up, we called them to explain what happened. They were condescending and refused to believe us. And refused to give a refund. The order was over 60$... I highly recommend you don't order from this place. Such a bad experience.
They have the best food and the staff are great. Always a great time there. Keep up the good work guys.
They make the hot wings nice and hot the way I like them and my kids loved the burgers they ordered
