I have been to all the Regina BPs and I think I like this one the best. Its convenient to start with, decent parking lot and the service is usually very good. Its been a few years since I have been there but when I went in December it was still good. View all feedback.
What HipsgterDoofus doesn't like about Boston Pizza:
We entered the dining area of the restaurant after waiting over 5 minutes because there was no one there to greet or seat us. We sat in a booth highly visible to the staff. After waiting 10 minutes without any acknowledgement, we got up to leave. A staff member on her way by said, “Thank you for coming in. Have a great evening.” Wow! I have been a long-time supporter of BP however today was the last straw at this location. I planned on taking my wife out for an early dinner. We arrived around 4:30 pm. Immediately we were greeted and given a table. Then the waits began. It appeared that there was only one person serving the restaurant area. After about 15 minutes or more one of the staff who had been cleaning tables came by to take our drink order. She advised that our waiter would be over in a few minutes to take our food order. After another 10 minutes she came back to take our order as our waiter was very busy and had not been to our table yet. Shortly thereafter there was an influx of staff (obviously starting at 5 pm). It was annoying to see customers arriving after us getting waited on and served their meals before our order arrived. When the food arrived it was very good and tasty as BP quality should be. Then we had to wait for our bill to arrive. I finally had to motion to the manager or supervisor that we wanted our bill. It arrived quickly and our waiter apologized for the service that evening. We thanked him for his apology however told him it was not his fault obviously poor management/staffing was to blame. When we left there was about 6 or more staff on duty. Obviously University or High School students working minimum hours, The manager/supervisor did not help getting the orders to the tables and only stood behind in the prep area the whole time.
Boston Pizza always a great place to go out for dinner. we had a rookie waiter named Taylor last night, he warned us that he was new and said is is very good at customer service. That he was, he slipped a few times, just a few little things, forgot menu and waters but just an awesome waiter. He is defiantly a keeper. The food was perfect, just the way we like our steaks.
Really slow service. Sriracha sea salt wings were flavorless. Server was very nice and apologetic. Beers took more than 10 minutes to arrive to the table.

Wow. Super impressed with speed and efficiency of service and the hot, delicious food. Sorina was an amazing server and went above and beyond!
