The food is amazing and phenomenal for their price, however customer service is utterly disrespectful and rude with customers, I asked for napkins and extra soy sauce, the worker told me that she already put them in the bag in a very rude manner. Fantastic experience in Bento Bento. We tried everything you can eat and got blown away right away. The food is in higher quality than I like sushi and on par with Misoya, but this point scores 10 points for the presentation.
