Barburrito - Regina

The food is good, but the customer service needs improvement. There was a mistake with my order, and while the staff informed me of it before I left with my food, they didn’t offer to rectify the situation, even when I asked. When I reached out to customer service later, they promised to make things right but never followed through on that promise. I used to visit this place weekly, but now I’m lucky if I go once a month. I attempted to follow up with customer service as advised, but once again, I was ignored. The customer service is disappointing.

We visited the restaurant on a Friday evening, and unfortunately, the young lady working there refused to make my burrito. The young man was occupied with my son's order, so I asked if she could take my order to avoid waiting an extra ten minutes or more. The young man informed me that she didn't want to, even though she wasn't busy. I decided to cancel my order. He apologized for the situation, but she seemed indifferent. We used to go there every weekend because my son loves it, but now we've decided not to return.

The food is fantastic! As someone with celiac disease, finding suitable options can be a challenge, but it's incredible to have a place that offers gluten-free items at a price comparable to regular ones.

BEST burrito in the city. East end is the BEST location they hits it out of the park every time. Sooo flavourful and fresh from beans to the rice and protein. The team packed the burrito so full and it stayed so intact. Not messy at all but so saucy.25 out of 10. The only place I would go for a quick lunch. Great job guys!

I go to this restaurant when I want a quick meal without settling for heavy, greasy food! They offer a fantastic selection of tacos, burritos, and even churros. They also have some fun soft drink options. The service is usually quite fast, even during busy times.
