I visited yesterday, the staff member taking order was very polite and every time I was treated in good manner but last week their general manager (written on name tag). He was taking my order while talking to someone on earphones and he did not listen to me and I have to repeat my order thrice and he punched the wrong order when I tried to correct him, he shouted on me in front of other customers. The worst onion rings I ever tried from this restaurant. They were so salty like to much.
Horrific service. The sole redeeming quality was the food, but only just. Terrible. Awful. Absolutely embarrassing service. 25 minutes for just two sandwiches. Shameful.
We ordered a 5 piece chicken strip combo but the guy working charged us for each item separately. Then when given the chicken strips they were pretty floppy. It's really a hit and miss here. I've only been given a whole order of fresh chicken strips once.
I went to this A& W, this is located onside the food court of Cornwall Center and you wouldn’t believe the worst ever burger I’ve was at this place. I ask for the fresh Patty and I was ready to wait and he gave me the prepared one, As it was take out I can’t go back and let the crew know. But folks you better check your food before leaving store.
They prepare my burger without gloves holding my food with their bare hands ?
