It is a fusion of Mexican and Italian, especially only Nachos and Burritos. They have a vegan cream for nacho cheese, although a completely different flavor profile. Most of the menu is meat, but there is a vegan burrito and vegan nacho with this cream. Your vegan burrito was great. A mix of flavors I don't get in the USA.
