La Razza - REGGIO NELL'EMILIA

Tonight was our second consecutive night there. Every bit as satisfying as our first visit. Hospitable helpful staff. Our menu choices tonight on a par with last evening. Great wine menu. A busy spot so, do make a reservation.

Top notch service and menu! So great we returned the next evening. Ambience outside was surrounded by stone walls, green vegetation and quiet serene atmosphere. Recommend Vegetable strudel with reggiano fondue-rich sauce under light strudel. Purple gnocchi was delicate with perfect pairing of taleggio cheese and speck. Tried the local and Sicilian dessert wine. Service was professional with perfect English.

Some innovation in the menu but the best bet is the trditional dishes that are very good ; good timing and service ; good selection of local wine; ideal to get out of the city and now even more with the pool ; disappointed by the golf course closure for maintenance in July!?!?!! , hopefully they will make it up soon.

Veramente un ottimo pranzo domenicale. Il ristorante si trova all'interno della fattoria. C'è un bel parco all'esterno. Abbiamo mangiato cibo davvero ottimo, in quantità e qualità. Il servizio era leggermente lento, ma era domenica, quindi va bene. L'intero menu è disponibile anche senza glutine e per me, che sono celiaco, è stata una goduria! Consiglio di assaggiare tutto dall'antipasto al dessert, in particolare il formaggio di polenta, i tortelli fatti in casa, gli gnocchi di patate viola e per concludere il bavarese al pistacchio e le torte! Torneremo sicuramente!

L'atmosfera familiare è eccellente e il servizio è veloce, i piatti di carne sono buoni, in particolare la costatina accompagnata da un buon Sangiovese.
