We were here not for problems with gluten but for problems with wheat flour and other ingredients. Bread and milkless focaccia make our case (weeds and other unfortunately not) and it is a pleasure to be able to return to the habit of bread on the table without too much effort. .and especially fresh and unpacked as in many shops for gluten-free products. Paid the approximate price of the cake, I present myself the 3 days later to withdraw it and the agreed price had increased of 40 euros because it was wrong and the dessert was heavier. A horrendous graduation cake without decorating only a wrong written that not even a elementary child writes so. I often frequent this oven that produces really excellent bread and bakery products to be gluten-free!! !
Finally really fresh products, and you feel! Compared to other retailers dealing with fresh products and not, at the Forniglutine we found ourselves in front of exceptionally fresh products, just made with a perfume that we hadn't felt for a long time, salty and exceptional desserts! Absolutely recommended!

CMQ LA TORTA I redecorated it with strawberries and sweetened flowers.... maybe it's fine as an oven ... as pastries I recommend to make some basic course also because between a scornettata of cream and the other you see the pan of Spain below and is not at all beautiful. I absolutely disagree
Unfortunately, I am forced to report my personal experience not positive. Lately I had the opportunity to attend the oven more than usual and at different times and I realized that sometimes the products are not fresh of day but decongelati, in particular donuts and focaccia. After finding a half-frozen donut inside, one probably heated because very hard and dry so much to throw it and a focaccia with the very wet and cold base and the dry dough and that crumbled it explains why every time the products were never equal and especially were really perfect once on three or four. It is true that the donut does not always vien with the hole but so is too much. Too bad because when fresh very good. I do not find it very correct since from an oven that advertises fresh products you expect a product that is such. You could accept the fact of freezing the products in excess but should or be sold frozen or at least you should inform the customer (and possibly reduce the price) since they can not be frozen and compared to fresh products there is a considerable difference. That's too bad.
