Wie der Titel schon sagt: Der vermutlich schlechteste Bayer Regensburgs; mit absoluter Sicherheit das schlechteste bayerische Essen meines Lebens. Wir waren zu zweit dort, ich hatte eine Spanferkelhaxe, meine Begleitung ein Schnitzel.Die Haxe: Offenbar sehr lange in der Auslage gelegen. Die "Kruste" war nicht mehr als solche identifizierbar, absolut labbring und definitiv ungenießbar. Die Soße war eine der schlechteren Instant-Pulver-Varianten. Der Knödel, ebenfalls fertig zugekauft, stellte aber noch das genießbarste am ganzen Gericht dar.Das Schnitzel: Tiefgefroren und frittiert. Keine Blasen, verhältnismäßig zu dick, geschmacklich widerwärtig. Die Pommes ebenfalls tiefgefroren und zu kurz in der Fritteuse und somit nicht durch. Das Wasser war mit 3,90€ zu teuer für den Standard, den dieses Lokal bietet. Wir waren nicht enttäuscht sondern regelrecht wütend.Von diesem Lokal kann nur abgeraten werden; der überwiegend lobende Tenor der restlichen Bewertungen ist für uns absolut unverständlich.Selbst der verhältnismäßig gute Service kann nicht über die miserable Küchenleistung hinwegtäuschen.Abschließend kann nur vor diesem Wirtshaus gewarnt werden!
