Rocca Dei Saraceni - Regalbuto

Ieri sera, venerdì, abbiamo provato il ristorante di questa struttura ricettiva. Attratti dalle recensioni positive, le aspettative sono state pienamente soddisfatte. La Rocca dei Saraceni, appena fuori Regalbuto, è un luogo bello e molto curato. Il ristorante, appartato rispetto alla struttura ricettiva, ha un aspetto sobrio e luminoso e offre la possibilità di cenare all’aperto se il clima, come nel nostro caso, lo permette. Il menù propone piatti di terra e occasionalmente di mare. I piatti che abbiamo provato si sono rivelati preparati con ottimi ingredienti, ben eseguiti e ben presentati. Molto buono il servizio e piacevole la conversazione con il titolare della struttura. Prezzi più che corretti considerando il livello di ciò che offrono.

Gentilezza cibo fresco tutto buono Location molto bella, espansiva ricca di verde ma sopratutto pulizia ovunque complimenti veramente.

Our experience at dinner was excellent. Service was perfect, realy good wine selection and presentation of food. We took degustation menu with 5 courses and i must say, that every cours was perfect, fresh food, good combinations. No complaints. Compliments to the chef and staff.

We ate dinner alfresco in the restaurant or staying over for a night. The Food was quite simply amazing, in effect, Michelin star quality… from the appetisers to the starters to the pasta to the mains, and not to mention the most amazing, freshly cooked bread! And pretty decent Sicilian wines too. Whether you are staying at the agrturismo itself, or somewhere nearby, this is a must stop top restaurant.

We ate at rocco dei Saraceni for my 60th birthday, the evening was excellent. The food was delicious, with impeccable service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDABLE
