Burger King - Refugio

Horrible service. Wasn't very busy and still took almost an hour to make. The food was cold, half the order was missing, and all the drinks were out of service.

Awesome service . My van broke down and staff was kind enough to let me park here until I got a Tow truck. Blessings to all.

So I went through Drive-thru at this location and ordered a Large Bacon King meal and a side of Chicken Fries. I was in a bit of a rush to get on the road afterwards to get to work. Got up to the window and paid, waited a few minutes and was given a medium drink and before I could ask why I got a medium, she closed the window and walked away then proceeded to ignore me calling out and waving her down multiple times. When I finally got her attention and reminded her I ordered a Large, she took it back with a pissed look, made a new drink and handed it to me then walked off again. Finally got my food and had to go because of the fifteen minute wait I had at the window. On my way to work I reached into the bag to grab fries and found my Fries were a Medium and I had no Chicken Fries at all... If you go here, beware. Double and triple check your order before you leave.

The crew is awesome great energy and will definitely be coming back

Neither burger had bacon, pickles or ketchup. One had no lettuce, while the other did. How do you get it so wrong? Tell me you don't care without telling me you don't care.
