Hawaiian restaurants are popping up everywhere, but this one remains one of my favorites. It's a small spot that's easy to overlook on the bustling El Camino, but it's definitely worth a visit. All the food is served in take-out containers, making it a great choice for takeout. However, they do have about 10 tables if you prefer to dine in. I recommend trying a mini plate, especially if you’re not too hungry; each mini plate comes with duck, macaroni salad, and a bowl of rice. I had the BBQ chicken today, and it was delicious — and priced at under $4! If you're really hungry, they offer regular plates with plenty of meat, macaroni salad, and two cups of rice.
