I called in my order, craving an authentic burrito. The bag was tied closed when I picked up. Got home to find I was not given chips (I expect them gratis), no salsa or sauces, no fork and napkin, nor a receipt. The burrito lacked flavor, with limp, almost soggy carnitas. View all feedback.
