This is one of the best places for kids, especially during the rainy season when outdoor activities are limited. The venue offers a variety of options suitable for different age groups, and it's designed thoughtfully to encourage both physical play and mental engagement. They also host birthday parties for children; while the food choices are somewhat limited, kids really enjoy eating and playing at the same time. Ch... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Chuck E. Cheese:
A bit disappointed with the place, a place for family and especially children, children see and hear everything. A manager was yelling at a employee, instead of talking to her on the side or office like a professional. I give more credit for the employeekeeping calm, unlike the manager, who needs more of patient and training of management. Overall food is good. View all feedback.
My daughter used to love visiting this place, but now she finds it boring because of the games they have and thinks they should bring back the older ones. I used to cherish seeing her smile when we went to Chuck E. Cheese, but it just isn't the same anymore. My son, who is only 8, feels the same way, and I can't help but think it's not just because my daughter is 10 now. I was really looking forward to going back after the pandemic. Thanks for reading. - Cat.
Very clean, good pizza and salad bar. Very friendly staff!!!
I went in to use the bathroom and the manager screamed in an almost threatening way to me because I used the bathroom, and told me that I told you that this is not a public toilet room and continues to yell at me before playing children. Really unprofessional. Do not worry about how you change management, customers look at the previous 1 star reviews all about how terrible the manager is!!!!

Children adore the character Chuck, who often shakes hands, dances, and gives out free tickets to them.
