Burger King - Redwood City

Maria without question is the nicest and most genuine cashier and adds to the guest experience. The order is always correct and she's the perfect ambassador. Other times of day with lack of masks and questionable hygiene standards the operation can feel shady!

I tried the impossible burger for the first time today. It was very good! Maria is such a fantastic employee. She is very friendly and kind. She made my day! Thank you Maria

This Burger King never has the advertised specials. Went specifically to get the 2 for $6 special and was told that they aren't participating in the deal.......?!

This special Burger King section and redwood city in camino real got my mom or so wrong, as well as our drinks that instead of giving what she asked, that is the chicken king sandwich, she gave her the big fish sandwich. someone in there, doesn't make her job right well, and that's messed up because when we wanted to check it to see if our commands are in order, we were not in a position because the employees there who give us employment. especially the old young lady in the drive-thru, which seems to have an off-day and it does not care about customer satisfaction guarantee. Although it should be that the customer is always right, they really need to hate how some of the employees treat the customers. Overall, it is not right and instead to hire desperate people. they should hire people who are more than willing to work because at least the people take care of their jobs. I never go back there.

I ordered the breakfast and everything seemed good, but then this coworker name brenda started setting up when I asked for ketchup and jerking. she wanted to give me my order, but becuz, which I took from the bag, took my order back and left it on the inside. I'm like, wth is your problem?! She ignored me two minutes and then gave me my order so I could go. After asking for her name, she asked me sarcastically. a very rude and roaring employee, which I hope will do something about their attitude and their reliable customer service.
