The servi... read more Terrible experience three days in a row— they kept messing up our order by forgetting subs and charging extra for items that were supposed to be free. The service is absolutely awful. Today, they even forgot a wrap and still charged us for it, with no effort to make it right. If you're stopping for lunch, keep driving to the next town. I promise you'll get better service than at the Subway in Redvers.

I've been there for lunch three days in a row, and they keep missing items completely or turning subs into salads while claiming some things are free but still charging extra. Just awful. Even if you're really hungry, I'd avoid this Subway. Truly disheartening.

Since June, the new team at Subway has been fantastic—very friendly and diligent. Each time, they mismanaged our order by forgetting substitutions and charging us extra for items that were supposed to be complimentary. The service was incredibly poor. Today, they left a wrap out of our order but still charged us for it, and they refused to address the issue. If you're considering stopping here for lunch, I recommend you continue on to the next town; I can assure you that the service will be better than what we encountered at the Subway in Redvers.
