I have visited this Fatburger location in my neighborhood several times over the past few years, and each time I have been greeted by the friendly staff with excellent service. The burgers are consistently delicious, and the restaurant is always clean and welcoming. View all feedback.
What David Ku doesn't like about Fatburger:
The burger is decent, not outstanding, but it is quite large which is a positive. However, there is room for improvement in the customer service department. My brother and I went to the restaurant, ordered the same meal - which is not unusual, right? - and then we were given only one meal. When we pointed out the mistake, they apologized but said they thought we were sharing a meal. Really? Both of us are over 240lb... View all feedback.
I tried the double large burger and it was amazing, even though I struggled to finish it.
Upon entering the restaurant, I noticed three customers all expressing dissatisfaction over receiving the wrong meal or having their order incorrect or incomplete. It took five minutes before a server finally came to take my order. There is definitely room for improvement in this establishment.
The griddle is not cleaned well and the meat is served dirty.
One of my faborite burger stand. Please come back Sunnyside egg for add on.
Absolutely delicious. So much better than all other burger places.
