It seems that, as ownership may have changed, the friend... read more I used to stop at L'appart in the past, especially when working in town and leveraging their free wifi. It seems that, as ownership may have changed, the friendly atmosphere is gone too and the welcome I got was rather cold. The barman (owner)? was sitting on the terrace when I got in and did not seem happy to have to get moving to serve a customer.

It seems as if the property had changed, the friendly atmo... read more I've stopped at the L'appart in the past, especially when I worked in town and used their free Wi-Fi. It seems as if the property had changed, the friendly atmosphere is also gone and the reception I got was quite cold. The barman (owner?) sat on the terrace when I came in and did not seem happy to serve a customer.
