I wish there was a Tapioca Express in New York. Been coming here for years, whenever I'm in Washington, and it never fails.

Love going here! Many many options for food and drinks. Everything is pretty customizable. Busy days takes longer to get food, slower days, they’ll have your order ready for you in 10min!
The tea is excellent, and the atmosphere is pleasant, but there is a strange odor as soon as you enter.
The mocha coffee jelly snowball drink was incredibly delicious! I will definitely come back for more!
