That?s all I should need to say. While they were making my sandwich they plopped a ?fresh? bag of sliced ham in the sandwich line and a huge green-white mold covered some of the ham. The ?artist? was going to use that ham on my sandwich. I toldthem never mind and left. I don?t even want to eat lunch at all anymore. ????????

So as any human b... read more I was at this subway enjoying my delicious Spicy Italian sandwich (yummy yummy yum). When suddenly I felt an urge come over me, I HAD TO PEE!! So as any human being does, I went to use the restroom to relieve myself. I finish up and I see this sign thatsays ?Employees must wash hands before returning to work.? I waited in that restroom for THREE DAYS!!! With dirty and I meanabsolutely FILTHY hands. No employee came. I complain to the staff and I say ?My hands NEVER got washed?. Turns out the handwasher was off duty. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! CUSTOMERS MUST WASH THEIR HANDS!! DONT EVER GO HERE.

The lo... read more I drove through the drive-thru to place my order at Subway, only to find that it is now a touch screen kiosk, eliminating any interaction with employees. The lobby was dirty and strange, and when I reached the drive-thru window, it was filthy. The staff member refused to accept my expired coupon, which was only 8 days past the date. I typically use expired coupons without issue, but not here. This was my second attempt to eat at Subway today, as my first stop in Sisters, Oregon was a disaster with no one available to take our order. I then drove to Redmond, Oregon to use my coupon and gift card, only to be turned away. The service and attitude were terrible, and instead of making a sale with the coupon, they lost a customer and wasted food.

They insisted it needed a QR code, otherwise they didn’t know how to enter it into the register.

However, there was a man at the speaker who was yelling because he had been waiting an... read more I visited Subway on a Sunday recently and planned to use the drive-thru. However, there was a man at the speaker who was yelling because he had been waiting an unreasonably long time. I had already been stuck behind him for 10 minutes with no one available to take orders. The man eventually got out of his truck and shouted into the building to see if anyone was there. After several attempts, two young men finally showed up and started working, forcing all of us to go inside. Despite these warning signs, I ordered a foot-long meatball sub, chips, cookies, and a drink. I went home, ate the food, and went to bed a couple of hours later. I woke up at 2 a.m. with severe nausea and vomiting. It's been just over a day, and my stomach still feels upset. I do not recommend this place.
