This is the absolutely the best Ch... read more Pro tip: spicy means spicy. If you aren’t a fan of a burning tongue, ask the server for a little less spicy than the default. This is the absolutely the best Chinese food I have ever had in my life! Savory, colorful, and well presented. We ordered the Pork Ears, Chicken Giblets, and Sour and Spicy MaoCai. All so good and plentiful. Any better and this place will be belong in a cooking show. Also worth noting how friendly the staff was. Usually is either good food or good service, but Nine Way have them both and we really appreciate the effort that goes into making good food and making us feel special.
