TLDR? Very delicious Northwest Chinese food. Good place to eat lamb, cold rice noodles and soup. Better than Xi's taste? Pro: 1. The lamb soup and all related soup dishes are so good. The baked donut is incredibly well done. Smells good and tastes good; 2. The price is fair, each main soup dish ranges from $11 to $16, and that is enough for an adult; 3. Not yet filled, as many people have not found this good place; 4... View all feedback.

We sat outside of the restaurant. They are not open for dine-in inside yet. Really fast and good service. The biang biang noodles are excellent, they are the most chewy noodles I?ve had among all the noodle places I?ve been to in Seattle area. ???? bread soaked in beef/lamb soup is not authentic. Updated: they open for dine-in now, went here again and couldn?t be more disappointed. None of the dishes we ordered were... View all feedback.
Just go eat there and stop debating. Have the lamb soup if you love lamb and need a soul warming meal. Just go and have some food. It's an unassuming diner. Easy ordering with pictures on the menu. It's good if you're just looking for a quick bite orsome place to feed the family. Prices are reasonable. Service is great. But the food, oh my, the food. I would 100% have lambagain. I couldn't finish the food. It was too much so I took a container home and they gave me even more soup. I feel like aglutton. I feel fulfilled. The stewed egg was tasty and provided a nice contrast to the soup.
1) Spicy Pungent Reis Noodle Clay Pot; 2) Hot Oil Seared Noodles (w homemade chewing noodles); Size: pretty much, more than enough for carbohydrates. Could serve a little more vegetables as they charge extra for it. Taste: 3.5, definitely worth a try, but I had better. I will try and update the next time. Once again, about 3.5 to 4, because it is better than near Xi? to restaurants Service Environment: supports digital payment, not too many people so not loud.
This is my husband and me favorite restaurant. We will go once each week. Very authentic xuan style. Our favorite food include big plate spicy chicken, Bian Bian noodle, cold noodle , pancake with lamb and so on....
We have been to this place many times over the last few years but this is still my first review for it. They specialize in cuisine from northwestern region of China with lots of flour based dishes so if you are looking for low carb food this isn?t the place for you. Our favorite is the Big Platter Chicken, which is shown below. We?ve always ordered this dish whenever we dine here. The portion is huge so don?t expect that you will be able to finish it. Just enjoy what you can and pack the rest to go.

I was especially disappointed at the cold noodles and rice noodles. I think Taste of Xi?an is much better on authenticity.
