Lunchbox Lab Burgers - Redmond

Removed option on both door dash and Uber eats to order sides of sauces. Every single time we order the chicken wraps that say they come with *with* ranch, they never put it in the box/bag. I hate to be that guy but having a craving for a specific food and it not coming right is so disappointing. Ive let it slide multiple times, but it 's clear that for some reason they can 't seem to include the ranch. I know this is such a small thing in the grand scheme of things but come on. Y 'all make it impossible to even want to eat from y 'all anymore. I get mistakes happen but this is consistent. Just include the sauces in the dishes that include sauce for the love of all things dairy. Y 'all 's breaking my heart here-my now cold buffalo chicken wraps because I have no ranch to enjoy them fresh with

It was really loud by the cash register so the person had a hard time hearing me order. But the food was great and they were really quick getting it to us. I love this place for the freshly cooked pork rinds.Food: 5/5

Spendy price, but worth it every now and then. Food was average. When you think loaded potatoes, you don't think it's just a cheese sauce. But the burger was good, and the shakes were fantastic! Fun to see a few games, not for just the kids. We had fun for an hour or so. And the server at the counter was so friendly and helpful!!Food: 3/5

Super disappointed! I had high hopes considering the price tag but the food was honestly just yucky. The burger had a soggy cafeteria bun (definitely not worth the price) and was generally just cheaply made and unappetizing. The mac and cheese was inedible and literally ended up uneaten in the trash. Tasted more like mac butter or cream too much salt, than actual cheese. Would not recommend or return

This was really a poor choice. When you go in there are signs directing you to order from your phone. There are even QR codes on the tables to take you to the site. The scan card has your table number. About 30 minutes later we discover the food is sitting at a counter. Anyone else eating in had the food brought to them.We had burgers, fries, tots and onion rings along with shakes and a bottled soft drink. The shakes were runny, probably from their time on the warming counter, the bottled drink was from Jan 2022, yes, more than a year out of date and flat. The tots had far too much salt, the onion rings were mushy and the fries had gotten that “just a little too old” texture.The burgers were good.We will not go to another Lunch Box Lab again, ever.
