Spicy, but good! I like spicy but medium was way over the top for me. Individual hot pots are great as you can order what you want rather than need to share.

TL:DR 8/10. Surprisingly good with a cramped space and poor air flow.Waiting for a table is probably common since there aren't many. The smell of burnt wet clothing because of the lack of aeration was off putting. Service left something to be desired. The food was surprisingly good and honestly made up for the rest.Vegetarian options: Tofu and mushroom options.

If you like spicy food then enjoy the Tiawanese Spicy. It is just like a warm blanket on a cold winters day. #soulfoodFood: 5/5

Authentic Asian cuisine awaits you here, featuring a selection of hot pots with pre-mixed ingredients and a variety of soup bases. We've tried several, and each one offers its own unique flavor. This was our first visit to the Redmond location, which has a seating capacity similar to the Bellevue branch. The Seattle branch, however, is the largest, boasting double the seating and a much more spacious atmosphere, so you won't feel cramped next to other tables. They've started serving a refreshing Lemon QQ jelly at the end of your meal, which is a nice touch. Unfortunately, both of us experienced diarrhea after dining at the Redmond branch—our first case of food poisoning from Boiling Point. This was quite disappointing, and we're unlikely to return to this location in the future.

We were even willing to wait for the next available table, but the situation was made worse by the waiter's rudeness. When I asked if we could wait for the upcoming table, she simply replied "sure" and walked away. I’m not sure what caused her attitude, but she clearly isn't suited for customer service in a restaurant setting. This was our first time bringing our family to Boiling Point for a birthday celebration, and this experience at the Redmond location has convinced me to avoid it in the future. We've visited the Renton location before, and the service there was significantly better; the staff were warm and welcoming, in stark contrast to what we encountered here.
