I’ve been to Bloomberg many times at least over 30 times and I always order the same order there was a woman there name Tiana. I think her name was always knew how to make the order correctly every time. I was told she doesn’t work there anymore. I’ve noticed the quality of the Bowls have gotten down more granola than acai. But recently I went in there to order another dragon fruit bowl. And they gave me a bowl that was not a dragon fruit bowl. When I asked him about it they assured me that it was one in the color has changed because it was frozen. I went back to my work place to take a it was blueberry. Which I am allergic to. I called them back and ask for a refund they said come back in and you can get refund I came back in without the bowl because I had thrown it away. They said I needed to bring the bowl back to get the so I walked back to work, dug the ball out of the trash and brought it back to them. And then they start to apologize. I didn’t make any sense. Why would you lie to me when I questioned you about it when I received it and then I had to find out that I’m allergic to it. Then I you want me to dig it out the trash and bring it back to you. Horrible customer service I need to train the people better on how to make the proper bowls. They’ve lost a loyal customer and I will not be returning. And I hope your other customer experience is not the same. And you need to hire the other woman back even if you pay her over $30hr because she is the face of your business and savoring your business.

I ordered the dragon bowl and the bloom sandwich, and everything was just as I had hoped. Every bite was incredibly tasty. However, I was disappointed to find tiny pieces of plastic in my açaí bowl.

Out of Business... But they'll let you order online and take your money.

Great fresh smoothies! Really like the mango and the green flavors. Really friendly staff. Will be going back, give Bloom a try.
