Forgot to share a poor experience. Went to this Wingstop in Redlands (packing house district). The young lady who took our order was new and overwhelmed. She said they were short handed, but seems the problem was they put more emphasis on delivery ordersthan customers in the restaurant. Either way even after waiting more than 45 minutes for our order, an All in bundle -not alarge order, I still was being courteous and patient. Then there was a problem with the order, the employee who took the order,even though we asked for fries and a large fried corn, put the corn in as a side. The manager, young lady with glasses who wasnot courteous or apologetic, pointed this out and then said she'd have to charge me for the order of fries. When I told herafter their mistake and ridiculous wait time I don't think that's fair, she turned to get the fries and grumbled something. Itwas very hard not to ask her if she cared to repeat herself or make her comment loud enough for the customer to actually hearit. Seems that so many working in the customer service industry have lost site of why they're even employed, THANKS TO THECUSTOMERS! I could understand if a customer is rude but for the employee to be rude to a customer in a situation like this isunacceptable. If she is a manager or lead she should be demoted. Not the best food and definitely not worth it when you have todeal with poor service. Won't be going back. There are so many other places that serve wings and strips.

Incomplete order, crushed box, cold fries. I arrived on time for my online order. Bag was ready and waiting. I should have checked it. Thighs weren't in the order, tenders were hardly sauced and fries were cold. Will have to order from Highland wi gstop, since the Redlands one has been slowly down hill in service and order fulfillment. SMH.
