I was told that the toasting machine was not working, but I p... read more I ordered a footlong sub that I have had before, and asked for it to be toasted after it was made. I was told that the toasting machine was not working, but I paid for the sandwich anyway. Unfortunately, the sub was terrible - the bread was soggy and it didn't taste fresh like it usually does. I called the store to give feedback on my experience, but the man who answered was very rude and hung up on me. When I called back, they wouldn't pick up the phone. Instead of returning the sandwich like I had intended, I ended up throwing it away.

I signed up for the application to get one Subway and to get the other one freebut told me that I had to have the subway the way it looked on the screen only was kind of stuck my family was looking forwardto having Subway for lunch last time.

I ordered the same sandwich ive ordered for 20yrs, its not an exaggeration unfortunately. I have had 4 different staff members makes my sandwiches her and every one doesntknow how to close a sandwich when they are finished. When did the technique of using the knife to push everything inside thenslide the knife out stop. They had all rolled the sandwich over, condiments facing down, then pushed their fingers inside to tryand get everything in. And when the condiments come back out of the sandwich they wrap the sandwich as is. The need bettertraining, or any and they need to learn how to speak to people.
