Sachi Japanese Cuisine - Feedback

What Catherine Day doesn't like about Sachi Japanese Cuisine:
Walked in at 400pm on a Wednesday with 1 patron in a booth. Sour faced hostess shuffled to us pointing to the first booth and as I sat down before my mom we were told 30 minute wait ...we were just sitting down in a restaurant of 1 patron and it would take 30 minutes...do they catch the fish upon order of that dish? We tried this sushi spot and it did not disappoint. We ordered the South Africa, Celia, Bobby and Deborah rolls. The fish was amazing quality and the sushi was not only wonderfully flavored but beautifully presented. The only critique if I have to give it one is the restaurant seemed understaffed.
