Rok N Fondue - Redlands

The bread for our cheese fondue was stale and so were the tortilla chips. Our server got our cheese wrong and just couldn't make it right. He also forgot a whole part of our order and we had to ask him for it. In addition another waitress came with a whole entree we hadn't even ordered. The service was quite a mess from start to finish. Although a cool concept they need to get fresher ingredients and work on their service and training the people they hire properly!

Our server was great , she was friendly and attentive! The food arrived very quickly. My main complaint was the host could not seat us upstairs and when we arrived about 13 minutes earlier than the reservation, they could not seat until the exact time of the reservation! I did not get a welcoming feeling!

Honestly, I almost walked out, I came with my 6 year old and thought it was a bar, but they took us to a table upstairs and let me tell you, service was amazing!!! our server was Elmer, and he was the most patient and nicest server ever full of smiles, And we basically came at closing and stayed well past an hr, sorry Elmer. My son had a blast getting to cook his own food. And the food was amazing, my husband had a rok lava steak and it was incredible. I will definitely be coming back.

We love to come here when we visit our daughter in Loma Linda. The food is so delicious. The atmosphere is nice, although, because of the bar on the first level of the restaurant it can be a bit loud. Sean our server was fantastic, happy, fun, and always around to help if needed but not over bearing. Wish we had room for the desert , but had to pass this time. All the food is excellent.

Food and service was great. While I enjoyed the music it was just a bit too loud to have an enjoyable conversation.
