Someone ordered after me and they got their food before me.. My bucket of chicken was mainly breast.. The 2 extra chicken were 2 tiny tiny legs..Managers were so rode. Drive threw was only taking cash

The chicken is generally good, though there have been times when they were out of stock. I once received a few drumsticks with loose skin, but it's manageable. The service can be sluggish during busy hours, and I've experienced delays with my pickup. Nonetheless, it meets my needs.

The service was rude and my order was incomplete. They didn’t even provide a receipt. I ordered a 5-piece tenders combo but only received 3 tenders, and neither combo included biscuits. The mashed potatoes and gravy were served in a small portion and looked more like leftovers—very unappetizing. This location has really declined; it used to be a clean place with attentive staff.

The rest o... read more My boyfriend and I went to KFC for lunch and ordered takeout. The cashier, Ernestina Reyes, seemed unfamiliar with the menu and was very unwelcoming. The rest of the staff, including the supervisor, also appeared unhappy to be there. I forgot to ask for KFC hot sauce with my order, and when I requested it afterward, all three employees gave me a confused and rude look. Unfortunately, I couldn't ask to speak to the supervisor because she was right there, sharing the same attitude. By the way, do they serve chicken wings?
