12/27/2020 8:06pm Came in and Justin was on it. Said that this was the first time all day it slowed down but I wouldn't have known based on his demeanor. He was attentive, kind, and very respectful; even offered to get me my drink before my burger came out. His service (and the great food of course) is the reason I wrote this review. If Justin ever has a bad day, remember that we all have bad days, but today he was great! The entire staff is always great when I'm here too so thank you Justin, and thank you In-N-Out staff for being awesome!.
The onion pancake with peanut sauce is absolutely incredible. The waitstaff is extremely friendly. I really love this restaurant!
The restaurant has two staff members taking orders during the lunch rush, which really helps things run smoothly. They are well-prepared, as you can see. Everyone is wearing masks and practicing social distancing. Although the inside is open, the only option for dining is in your car; there are no tables or benches available.
In-N-Out Burger... mmmm... my favorite!!! However, I wouldn’t recommend dining in due to the long waits (which are definitely worth it, but I just don’t have the time). The trick is to read the Google reviews, call ahead, and pick up your meal. Trust me, you’ll get plenty of envious glances from others, along with those looks that say, "Oh! We should have done that!"
In-N-Out is the best fast food burger joint, and I'm ready to defend that claim! It's consistently clean and the food is always fresh. I've never had a bad experience there. I chose to go inside to order because the drive-thru line was quite long, but I received my food promptly. A special thanks to Aaron for giving me some extra sauce! I would definitely recommend it—10/10!
I have a great admiration for this restaurant. It has a wonderful atmosphere. The food is delicious, the service is efficient, and the staff is professional. The prices are reasonable. I highly recommend it.
