I don 't come here often because my wife can cook eggs, bacon, and pancakes at home with bigger portions. However, one morning i took her to ihop to have the day off from breakfast at home. I paid about $75 for small portion eggs, bacon, pancakes and cupsof coffee. I barely got full and I hate waiting and asking for coffee. Anyway the big take away was the server. I worked atStarbucks and usually the normal tips are $1 to $5 and $5 being the best tip if you get a $5 tip. Well after I paid $75 for foodwe had at home, I paid the server $5 tip thinking it was a good tip because at Starbucks $5 is a pretty dam good tip. Serverdidn 't even said goodbye when I said thank you goodbye at least it was something.
Our server was Phenomenal! She was very sweet and caring about my son?s birthday. She really made him feel very special. Going over beyond your customers when isn?t necessary was most definitely a pleasant experience here. Thank you Chelsa!
At IHOP, we were placed in the noisiest and most packed section of the restaurant. The entire dining area was very dirty, and the bathroom, which needed a code to enter, was also in bad shape. They gave us plastic utensils, saying they had "run out of silverware." The food took forever to come out, and when it did, it was cold. The service was disappointing overall. Given this experience, I won’t be coming back to IHOP, and the menu didn’t make up for these issues.
This is a notable location along the Sky High Trail to the San Gorgonio Summit. In 1952, an Air Force plane crashed here during a snowstorm.
I gave IHOP three stars due to slow service. To be fair, it was 5 AM on a Wednesday, and there was only one server handling a full dining room. Our food didn't come out all at once—half of our party of 14 was served while the rest waited, and other diners nearby experienced the same issue.
