My husband and I have noticed that this restaurant seems to be improving. We ordered our meal protein style since we cannot eat anything with gluten due to celiac disease. They have started wrapping the meal in lettuce, and it was done fairly well - not too much lettuce that we have to remove some, but also not wrapped so lightly (like at Wendy's, which we avoid for this reason). Warning! We ordered a sandwich without mayo and it came with mayo. We ordered a burger without cheese and it had cheese on it. We had to wait 10 minutes for our food after parking. It's unbelievable! We paid $20 for 2 sandwiches and both were made incorrectly. This is a 100% failure rate in just one order, which is unacceptable. They play music like a club and not a restaurant in the dine in!!! the girl sarah at the window is very friendly and polite, but they get 5 stars girls!
Needed fast food at 5am. McDonalds was inexplicably closed (unusual), Jack-in-the-Box asked us to get away from their drive thru for 10 min. But Carls was open, friendly, fast and delicious. I will go there first from now on.
Very clean and comfortable, feel safe. Awesome employees especially the young man at the counter who served us. Only comment to his surprise were cold. But I'm sure if we cared they just switched it.
Well I went to this location after what was the worst experience at Coco's across the street from Carl's Jr. Anyway the food was fresh and hot. The people working were friendly. For everyone that goes to any Carl's Jr knows I'm not lying about this, Carl's Jr fries normally suck but the fries here were fresh, hot and delicious.
The fries are always cold, every time I get them. For the price of the food, you would expect it to be better. There are smaller burger shops that you can try for the same price that are better. They are still short items from their menu. When they had the Adult Swim promotion, the employees seemed like they were not aware that you could combo your meal with the adult swim promotion. I get that we need to be nice to these employees, but I get paid the same to do construction and I put everything into it. The least these people can do is have some fries warm, and know whats in inventory and whats promoted.
