I go to this location all the time, seems to be new there but great guy and this location is better with him there.? View all feedback.

Probably haven't cleaned the men's restroom in a week or two at least. Apparently white porcelain comes in a thick, greasy shade of gray brown now.Food was good.Service server was in a hurry, didn't listen well. View all feedback.
This is my first time coming here and I let it be known that it’s my first time and I wanted a quesadilla and I asked the second time if it could be made less juicy. The lady keeps telling me how to do her job like I can’t physically see how she made my quesadilla So I told her nicely, I don’t like my food soggy, and that I would like it to be cooked crunchy on the stove please. And she keeps telling me to look at the stove and see all the broth coming out of the quesadilla Which I already seen I was just asking if she can make my quesadilla. Well done because my first quesadilla was so soggy it was falling Apart, when I went to take a bite. And then the whole experience was just no communication no reassurance I Said that it was mine and my mom‘s first time here which you would think they would accommodate that we don’t know how it works. It reminds me of a chipotle experience where you order on one side and work your way to the end side, telling them the items you want on your plate Overall, my experience was not good at all.. the food wasn’t good either. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. ?
I went to the restaurant like I do at least once a week. I ordered a steak Burrito and it was almost 19.00. This is all I got and I showed my ID that had Military on it and got my discount. I received no receipt and I had to ask them to for a bag so I could bag it myself. I ordered a drink separately and with the discount almost 4.00 dollars, as I was getting my drink the raspberry team began to flow out and spit liquid onto me. I called for someone to come over and they turned it off, but offered no apology and it was not cleaned up as I left. I love cafe rio, but this was my worst experience and I know you guys can do better.Concerned Customer
I believe their food is great, but the wait os not worth it. It's 4pm and there only two staff members. I waited 30 minutes to be attended to. I gave up

I’m a Cafe Rio regular across the Southwest. This location was awful.1 the bathrooms out of soap out of paper trash overflowing. Filthy. No way those have been cleaned for dayssssss…2 out of chicken. Out of black beans. Out of steak. Out of Asado. Out of grilled veggies. 6 staff working?! (We counted them 3 Trash bins in the restaurant overflowing and falling out on the ground. We couldn’t even put our tins on the pile…4 Hair in the salad. Yep. The cherry on top of this visit. 75+ as the salads are 15 each and 5 of us came.None of us will return. (If you are the Regional Manager check my Rio app….I’ve spent thousands at Cafe Rio over the years… .It must be rough paying this staff 20 hr each. Shut it down.
