One of the best spots in Redlands! The food is quite good, but the true highlight is the staff. Miranda, Nick, Frey (sorry if I misspelled that), and the rest of the team are fantastic—they're the reason I find myself here three times a week. While it's unfortunate that the owners remained open during the pandemic, I absolutely love Thursday trivia nights and the great cocktails they offer. View all feedback.
What Pattie Kling doesn't like about Batter Rebellion:
Stopped here on a late Sunday afternoon. Quick service, not too busy and good atmosphere. Ordered myself one Obscene Poutine and one Fowl Mouth. The poutine, you'll just have to try it and find out for yourself. There are too many beautiful layers for me to type out and I wouldn't want to ruin that awe-inspiring moment. The chicken in Fowl Mouth was perfectly moist, tender, flavourful and crispy. I could have easily... View all feedback.

What a fantastic place! The atmosphere was incredible. While the prices were a bit on the higher side, the food was absolutely delicious. Our server was wonderful and really friendly. Although the wait for our food was a bit longer than expected, especially with just a few other tables occupied, I would definitely come back to try more items from the menu. The lemon garlic fries were outstanding!
This establishment truly excels in customer service and knows how to provide a quality dining experience! Our waitress was exceptionally attentive, ensuring that everything about our meal was perfect. As a self-proclaimed food enthusiast, I was delighted by how the flavors here touched my heart. Plus, I couldn’t help but notice the joy on my wife's face as she sipped her mojito; the reviews about it were spot-on. At this point, recommending this place feels redundant—just invite me, and we can go together! Enjoy!
I came here for the first time on a Saturday at 2pm. Apparently that's not a great time to come because they've just finished brunch and lunch doesn't start until around 2:30. I didn't mind the wait though, and the food was brought out pretty quicklyafter ordering. I ordered the Wang Chung Tonight and it was soooo salty. The flavors were good, but everything was too salty. My husband got the Impossible burger and said it was good. Service was pretty good. They made sure we knew that there would bea wait due to the switch from brunch to lunch. I would come again and try different things. Overall the experience was good.
Cool spot to grab some drinks. It's not a big place. But there's a buzz about it. Service is great. They explain and suggest drinks. We got there a bit late, so we couldn't order food. Like many other places, they stop serving food about an hour beforeclosing. They have high tables and a bar top. But stop by and grab a drink.
