Red Rooster - REDLAND BAY

I have to admit, the chips at this restaurant are better than KFC. I know it's a bold statement, but they just are.

This restaurant experience was an absolute joke. We waited over an hour and a half for our order and it still had not arrived. We ordered through Menu Log and attempted to contact the restaurant, but they did not answer the phone. This was by far the worst service I have ever experienced.

The Red Rooster is a well-known name and you can typically expect to receive what you anticipate. However, the experience in Cleveland can sometimes be a bit underwhelming. It's possible that they don't receive a lot of customers and need to put in extra effort... The food is excellent, but I wouldn't necessarily describe it as a memorable experience.
