Dunkin' Donuts - Redford

What's going on with this place? They never have what they're promoting or what they really want. it's close to my house, but I'm just going to travel not to leave each time at this place down. this load needs a proper administration or someone to ensure that the dings are on storage for the customer.

If I could give one, today I would be about 10:50-11:00 literally everything I asked for I didn't get or was totally false water milkshakes, no bagel punctures, hath browns hard and tasting like hashmush my croissants that I asked with no egg, has a wasted on her 25 dollars and was already late to work and could not even get my money back to

I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. I placed my order 15 minutes before my scheduled pickup time, but when I arrived, they told me it would be another 5 minutes because my order hadn’t even been started yet. It's unfortunate since this is the closest place to my office, but I’m willing to go out of my way to find a business that knows how to manage their orders properly to avoid the frustration.

Faster, friendly service my coffee and donuts were fresh and fast.

Now this place is a good place to go to in Detroit but some of the people doesn't speak English or understand it enough through the speaker so they give you the wrong item that you have to wait for them to remake it and then it doesn't come out right but I still will give him another shot the next time I'm in Detroit
