This time, when I placed my order, I was given a 20-minute wait time. However, when I arrived 20 minutes after the expected pickup time, I was informed that my order hadn't even been started yet.

On a couple occasions, I've found a hair cooked into the... read more Food, whether from the warmer or made to order, is very inconsistent. Once in a while, its phenomenal! On a couple occasions, I've found a hair cooked into the food... Sometimes foods overdone or very undercooked. Sometimes smothered in toppings, sometimes there's next to none. Same goes for pizza sauce. 1 out of 5 breakfast burritos I have gotten there were amazing, some were edible, 1 went straight in the trash. Sometimes customer service is amazing, and sometimes its horrible depending on who is working the kitchen/register. Some mornings when I stop in there's fresh donuts, and food in the warmer. Unfortunately, some mornings there's not a single donut or any breakfast made, and when trying to buy something I stand at the register for 5 minutes waiting on someone to ring me up.
