I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received recently. Unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired due to the behavior of some employees, who demonstrated a lack of education and professionalism. During the service, I felt that there was no interest in offering a quality service; the attendants were scattered and with little willingness to assist customers. Furthermore, the responses were short and impatient, which left an impression of neglect. As a customer, I expect friendly and respectful service, especially at a renowned chain like Subway. I believe that, with adequate training and greater attention to the quality of care, this situation could be avoided. Apparently the establishment underwent renovations and changed some employees, I highlight that I never had any problems with the old service, but these new ones are leaving a lot to be desired, unfortunately.
