I 've had better coffees here before.My daughter spilt her squash all over the floor under the table so we moved tables and I reported it to a member of staff that couldn 't be arsed to do anything about it. It took a 2nd customer to report it for it to be attended to.Finally, went back up to the counter to get a little extra milk where the restaurant manager was serving another customer. She was clearly busy but totally blanked me until she was ready to deal with me. In my opinion this was bad customer service... A bit of eye contact and a brief be with you in a moment would have gone a long way but I was made to feel that I was invisible.Not what I 'd expect from Debenhams!

The food is very poor, dry quiche with dry vegetables and served in a very unappetising way. A jacket potato with cheese was almost cold and piled on a plate in the manner of a lay-by stall.
