The salt and pepper chicken was extremely bland, making the thought of eating a carrot stick seem more appealing. The fact that there is a sign stating no refunds is terrible. It is obvious that they are aware of the poor quality of the food, hence the sign. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant at all costs.

It's recommended to request freshly made food if it looks like it has been sitting out for a while. The dishes are quite sweet, catering to a Westernized palate, so a small portion is sufficient for me. I give it 4 stars because every time I have visited, the staff have been excellent.
