We always enjoy visiting this Nero. The ambiance is fantastic, the coffee is top-notch, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The music is just right, not overpowering like in some other cafes.
I am a frequent visitor to the Cafe Nero branch in Redditch. The coffee is fantastic, but what keeps me coming back are the staff. Becky and Frank are outstanding. Becky is always cheerful and welcoming. I highly recommend this place.
The coffee at this restaurant is great, but the staff are rude and seem to be in too much of a rush to complete transactions. They lack patience and do not prioritize customer service over speed and efficiency.
