First time in here and although it wasn’t greatly busy we seemed to wait for ages to be served was on the point of walking out when they took our order coffee was great though so for all the setbacks it was really worth waiting. View all feedback.

We always enjoy visiting this Nero. The ambiance is fantastic, the coffee is top-notch, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The music is just right, not overpowering like in some other cafes.
I am a frequent visitor to the Cafe Nero branch in Redditch. The coffee is fantastic, but what keeps me coming back are the staff. Becky and Frank are outstanding. Becky is always cheerful and welcoming. I highly recommend this place.
