MUST TRY the brisket sliders and roasted wings. The home made chips are delicious too. I?ve tried other well knownplaces and they just weren?t as good as Wire Mill!

The ribs were chewy liked they were so UNDER-COOKED it was like trying to eat a piece of rubber! Honestly, the food is way over priced. Hate to say it but I wouldn't let my dog eatit. I really don't enjoy giving bad reviews but it's that bad. The sides were worse. The coleslaw was warm and tasted like itwas made a week prior. Looking around I should of known better when nobody was seated and it was 7:30p.m. on a Thursday night.Maybe it was just a bad night and they just weren't firing on all cylinders, but I'll never know cuz I wouldn't give it anothergo. They stuffed the pepper with cream cheese. Steak was perfectly cooked and very tasty. Side of salad and cornbread.

Was googling bbq near me and chose this place due to the good reviews. Glad I did. Me and the wife ordered beef and pork ribs, pulled pork, sausage links and some sides. The ribs were moist and tender, not dry at all. Same goesfor the pulled pork and sausages. Everything tasted soo good. The cornbread was also moist and tasty. Outdoor seating was greaton a nice non-humid night. Will have to come back as this was some delicious bbq food. You won't be disappointed.
