There was a vent above our table that wa... read more Surprisingly, the food wasn’t even the worst part of the experience (though I hesitate to refer to it as a restaurant). There was a vent above our table that was dripping water on both my brother—who sat across from me—and myself. We had to wait a full 30 minutes for the check after they'd cleared our plates, despite asking for it twice. The waitress was initially unwilling to clear the table until we were done and took offense when we politely asked if she could remove the plates. I won’t be returning, and I hope this review helps others avoid a similarly disappointing experience. If I could have one superpower, it would be the ability to time travel, just so I could prevent myself from ever considering this place.

MUST TRY the brisket sliders and roasted wings. The home made chips are delicious too. I?ve tried other well knownplaces and they just weren?t as good as Wire Mill!

The ribs were chewy liked they were so UNDER-COOKED it was like trying to eat a piece of rubber! Honestly, the food is way over priced. Hate to say it but I wouldn't let my dog eatit. I really don't enjoy giving bad reviews but it's that bad. The sides were worse. The coleslaw was warm and tasted like itwas made a week prior. Looking around I should of known better when nobody was seated and it was 7:30p.m. on a Thursday night.Maybe it was just a bad night and they just weren't firing on all cylinders, but I'll never know cuz I wouldn't give it anothergo.
