Vitality Bowls Castle Rock - Redding

I was eager to try out this new eatery in Redding, definitely excited to find nutrition a centerpiece. My partner had the steak wrap. He was skeptical as a meat and potatoes guy, but he said it was very good. He especially liked the tortilla wrap itself. I went for the avocado toast, and this is where I have some criticism. I first enjoyed the concept of avocado toast when I visited Eugene, Or. I went to two different coffee shop/deli type restaurants and had thesame item, both prepared on sourdough toast. At vitality the toast was served with a lot of extra toppings, tomatoes, seeds, cheese, all delightful, however the star of the item, the avocado was pureed to a consistent green color and amushy consistency, very unappealing. This item requires a freshly mashed avocado to preserve the best texture and look of an avocado, and taste. Avocado 's are green on the outside and yellow on the inside, when mashed with a fork theyretain their appearance. In fact I made myself one for lunch today. So by way of a suggestion, Vitality might consider presenting their avocado toast with 'mashed ' avocado as opposed to pureed avocado that is very unappealing.

Fantastic. Everything was really fresh and delicious. I had the Warrior Bowl very tasty. My wife got the Power Pesto Chicken Bowl and she loved it. Others in our party got smoothies, grilled cheese and totally loved it quality place

Absolutely revolting would be putting it mildly. I typically live by the saying, "If it tastes good, spit it out," but this experience was beyond comprehension. Just one sip made my stomach hurt, and the flavor reminded me of a mix of chalk, ice, and lettuce. What a waste of $10. I will definitely not be returning here.

I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant! Both the food and service were excellent. The breakfast bowl I ordered was delicious and healthy, and I absolutely loved it. I will definitely be back to try more dishes. The manager, Seth, was incredibly helpful. He provided exceptional customer service and exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Seth! Honestly, it's some of the best chicken I've ever tasted. No exaggeration! The pesto power bowl is incredible. I planned to take a photo, but I was so hungry that I dived right in. It looked fantastic! The portion I received is generous enough to satisfy both my lunch and dinner. Absolutely amazing. I'm so thankful my friend suggested this place!
