The employee working there asked why we were coming in so late, as he and his coworker had been cleaning up. When we arrived, the woman at the counter immediately asked what we wanted. After we said we had just walked in and weren’t sure yet, she turned away and called us stupid. I plan to report this experience to Subway. This was my first time at this location, and I will not be coming back.

On my... read more I wanted to give this Subway a fair chance on my first visit, but my chicken sub was undercooked. They said they would notify the owner about the problem. On my second visit, I placed an online order 45 minutes in advance, yet I was still pushed to the back of the line, which was very frustrating. When I tried to sit and relax, my arms kept sticking to the table. I live just a block away and have always enjoyed Subway, but after these two experiences, I’m done with this location. The service has been disappointing, and I would recommend avoiding this place. I’m genuinely disappointed.
