My Big Mac yesterday, now I know they’re prone to mistakes missing items etc… but I’ve never seen anything like this, surely someone was having a laugh?? you can’t get it that wrong, who put that in a box thought it was ok!
It is never great experience going here. They always get the order wrong and food is always cold. Very bad service
The service is terrible and the staff are really slow. Better of going to the drive through as they seem to prioritise this aswell as uber/just eat orders.
After a long and emotional day, with a 4-hour round trip and no food all day, I decided to stop by my local McDonald's around 8:45pm. I was excited to try the new steakhouse stack with fried onions and crispy onion rings. However, I was disappointed to find that my sandwich contained raw red onions instead of the advertised toppings. I had to wait in a bay for them to correct the mistake, only to find that the sandwich looked unappealing and tasted poorly.
Think this is the third or fourth Time this has happened do staff not get given allergen training. Burger no cheese get home open my burger has cheese on it waste of a trip
