I do not recommend this restaurant. My order was mixed up multiple times, with the same mistakes happening each time. The customer service was shocking. I have been a loyal customer for years, even when a direct competitor moved in nearby, but I will not be returning. The food is decent, although not as good as it used to be, but the terrible experience has convinced me to never eat here again. View all feedback.
Bad food. The chips was covered with so much oil and the chicken wasn’t even cooked properly. I complained and they delivered new chips and they were also in the same condition. Avoid eating from here.
This shop is unbelievable, for me it’s the best Peri peri chicken shop by a mile I can’t wait to go back and try more from the menu
Wow, food awful quality salad chicken very tough some under cooked some burnt. Customer service is a joke. Food delivered cold called explained issue, four times to the same person who was pretending to be different people Told me as food was cold complain to just eat, weird as ordered via their app DO NOT GET FOOD FROM HERE Very expensive and could careless about repeat business AWFUL food and people are worse
Ordered twice and both times foods overcooked and burnt. For the food that is not burnt it’s actually tasty. Really disappointed that they don’t take care
I ordered beans, chicken and salad. Order arrived and was chicken and two salads. The leaves were brown snd sludgy. I sent an email with a picture attached and I am still waiting for a response.
